Caroline's 8-month review!!

Wow, I can't believe Caroline is 8-months old. She is so full of energy, there is no stopping this girl. She is a super fast crawler!! She loves to pull herself up in her bed and look over the rails and she loves to pull herself up on and stand by the couch. She loves to sit on her knees. She is sleeping great once we got rid of her ear infection. She still goes down between 8-9pm and will sleep until 7-9am. She takes two naps that usually last 1-2 hours each. She loves for you to play non-stop, she gets very upset if mommy or daddy leaves the room right now. She doesn't care for her exersaucer or doorway jumper anymore, I think she feels too confined. She went through a spurt where she wasn't eating very well. But, she is finally back to her little piglet self. She has 3-4 bottles in a day and is eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. She still isn't a huge fan of fruits, she does love pears though. She loves eating the gerber puffs. I can usually put a few of them on her highchair and she will play or eat them for a few minutes, so I can get some stuff done in the kitchen. We are looking forward to Caroline's 9-month check up to see where she is in weight and height. Also, I decided to take her off her reflux medicine. She seems to do great without it and her spit up is to a minimum now. Hopefully, we are on the road to outgrowing that soon.

We had an ultrasound of Corbin at 18 weeks. He looked great and was weighing 10 oz. We went to Baby Views at 15 weeks, but this for sure confirmed no doubt he is still a little boy.

A couple of weeks ago we had the Neipling's over for dinner!! It is always so much fun to hang out with their trio!! We cooked steaks, potatoes, corn, and salad. We decided to let the babes wear their matching pj's. I knew Caroline didn't feel well at this point, but little did I know sweet baby had a left ear infection. We managed to get some pics of the sweet babes. We are so excited to spend the weekend in Branson in soon with the Neipling's.

HAPPY ST. PATTY'S DAY!!

I have so many new posts to do, but I have to find the time to do it :) We just wanted to wish everyone a Happy St. Patty's Day from sweet Caroline!! We took her to the zoo today, so lots of pics to come soon. We also have play date pics and just some random ones. Caroline is recovering from an ear infection, so last week we stayed home a lot since she wasn't feeling very good. Thanks Aunt Sarah for my cute St. Patrick's Day hair bow, I love it!!

Baby Brother finally has a name.....

It is official!! When we found out that Caroline was a little girl, we already had her name picked out. Well, this time we didn't have any boy names, because we were certain we were having another little girl. Caroline's little brother's name will be Corbin Michael Kelly!!! I wasn't set on keeping the same initials, but I guess we did after all!!

Caroline and I decided to go to the Wonderplace at the very last minute!! She LOVED it!! I can't wait to take her back. She was crawling on all fours, not scooting like she does at home. I think she was showing off for the big kids that were there :) I see many fun playdates in the future there.

My hair is finally starting to grow a little!!

Last night after bathtime, Daddy made Caroline a faux hawk!! It was so funny!! I quickly combed it down, so she wouldn't wake up with some serious wild hair. Yes, she has a greasy face. We always put baby cream on her face to keep that super soft skin :)

How could this not brighten everday of your life...

I absolutely love Caroline's laugh. She does some very deep belly laughs that have me in tears from laughing so hard. This video is very mild compared to her belly laughs!! She never does it as much when she sees the camera!!

I put my cell phone in front of Caroline, so she would come after it!! But, as you can see she isn't very happy when I take it away from her :)

Caroline has a new face!!

Caroline has started making so many new faces!! I was able to capture some the other night while Daddy was feeding her dinner!! She has quite the personality already!!

We are getting so close to officially CRAWLING!!

Caroline can pretty much get anywhere she needs to go in the house now. She is doing the official crawl, but she has done all fours a couple times in a row. It is more of a hop or scoot. But, no matter what we put in front of her, she wants it. She prefers cell phones or any type of remote!!

7.5 months old already!!

These pictures were taken when Caroline was 7.5 months old!! I am amazed everyday how much she changes!! She keeps me laughing all day!! I am so grateful that I can work from home and have my sweet baby with me. I have to admit, I am very nervous about having two little ones while trying to work from home. It took me almost 6 months to figure out how to stay caught up with just Caroline :) Thanks Aunt Sarah for my cute shirt!!

Way back in my videos!!

I have been taking some quick videos of Caroline with our camera, but have rarely posted any. This video, she was only 4 months old. She had just gotten her molding helmet and it was right before Thanksgiving!! Oh my , how she has changed. Since then, she has graduated from her helmet and it no longer fits her. You can see in the video how loose the helmet started out. Also, please excuse my awful voice in this videos. But, as every parent knows we sometimes act really silly to get a reaction out of our babies!!
