Sarah's Baptism
Saturday night my little sis was confirmed into the St. Joseph Church in Conway. She has gone through months of classes and now she is finally a member of St. Joseph. I am very proud of her!! It was a 3-hour Easter Vigil along with welcoming the new members into the church. We had dinner at Jason Kordsmeier's (future brother-in-law) parents house and Sarah got to open some really neat gifts from family. Notice this is the last picture of me with long hair. I got my hair cut close to 7 inches on Tuesday. I will have David take some pictures when he gets home on Friday. So, far I love it :)

Bern and Jaxon are in town!!!
My good Bernadette and her little boy Jaxon came in town from Texas yesterday. Jaxon is 10 weeks old and he is such a little charmer. He is such a handsome boy!! Bern, Baby Jaxon, Shelley, Joslin and Starla and myself all met at Stoby's last night for dinner, it was great to catch up with everyone. Also, I have been getting a lot of requests for belly pics. Well, since David is out of town until March 28th, it will have to be after that. I will be 25 weeks when he gets back, so I know my belly will be out there by then :)

Snow Day!!
We had so much fun playing in the snow for the few short hours it was here. We really wish you could of been here Daddy to play with us. Katie and Lacey ran out and started doing laps, our backyard looked like a racetrack. We played for about two hours before I was completely worn out. I am hoping we get some more on Friday. I called David and was teasing him telling him we need to move where it snows all the time, just for the dogs. They don't get to see snow very often, so when they do they savor every moment.

Oklahoma City Trip!!
This past weekend, I met David in Oklahoma City to spend the weekend together. I am missing him like crazy. He will finally be back home on March 28th, so I hope this month flies by. My mom offered to keep Katie and Lacey, so I dropped them off in Conway on Friday afternoon and got on the road. It was about a 4.5 hour drive for me, it wasn't fun, but I was looking forward to seeing David. We both got to Oklahoma City around 6pm and we went to the downtown area called BrickTown and had dinner. We had a great little Italian place called Zio's, it was yummy. They have lots of casinos in the area, so we couldn't pass those up. We went to FireLake Casino after dinner and together we won about $300.00, so decided to call it a night. We slept in on Saturday morning. The Marriott that we stayed at had the most comfortable bed, so we both needed some good sleep. We woke up and finally left the hotel around lunch time. On my way in to OKC, I saw a Marshall's. I love Marshall's a lot better than T.J. Maxx, so we decided to do a little shopping. Of course, everything we bought was for Caroline, but David did get a 100% cashmere sweater for $20. Then we went to a steak restaurant for lunch, it was alright, not the best. Then, off to the OKC zoo we went. We spent close to four hours there, it was so much fun. It was much bigger than our zoo in Little Rock. After, we left the zoo we noticed a casino across the street, so we went in and I instantly won $150.00, so we cashed out and left within 10 minutes of getting there. We headed back to our hotel to get ready for dinner. We went to the Cheesecake Factory, the wait was forever, but it was worth it. We even got an extra piece of cheesecake to go for the hotel. After that we were advised to check out the newest casino called the RiverWind, it was the best by far. Well, one more lucky night, David won over $500.00. So, needless to say, we had a profitable weekend, our winnings paid for all of our fun times. On Sunday, we ordered breakfast in bed and then got packed up and headed to BrickTown for lunch. We ate at Crabtown, it was very good. Then, before we knew it was around 4pm and we both needed to head back to our destinations. I was headed back to Maumelle, David was going back to Wichita Falls, TX :( So, after a long drive home, I stopped to pick up Katie and Lacey and we all three slept very well that night. I forgot to mention that all the walking caused me to have cankles. I was a little worried, but I had a doctor's appt on Monday and she said that was completely normal. I will update about that later. I have lots of updating to do this week, so look for more new posts!!
