29 week belly pic!!

I can honestly say, I see a huge difference in one week!! It is so crazy!! We had our first childbirth class this past Monday night, it was so informative. We have three more Monday nights left!! We were supposed to tour labor and delivery, but there were no rooms available and the women were waiting in the waiting room, yikes I hope that isn't the case in July :) I can honestly say that time is flying by now!! I swear my ribs are bruised from all the kicking and punching, but I love every second of it. I am so excited that I have my first baby shower this Saturday, I can't wait!!! Don't forgot to check some new posts below this one.

Sarah had a wonderful bridal shower a couple of weekends ago in Conway. She looked so beautiful and was so excited!! All of their family and friends were there and they received some beautiful and very useful presents to start their new life together!!

Way overdue!!

I had dinner with the girls almost two or three weeks ago at the new Japanese restaurant in Maumelle. It was so yummy!! I have lots of updating to do, so that is on my to-do-list for the rest of the week!! We missed Joslin and Katie on our dinner night.

28-week belly pic

I had my 28-week routine appointment on Monday. My doctor was in delivery, so David and I waited two hours to get to see her for five minutes, but hey things happen. Everything is still good, Caroline's heartrate was in the 150's and my blood pressure was 116/80. I can't believe we are starting to go every two weeks now until 35 weeks, it is crazy how fast it is starting to go by!! I have a total weight gain of 9 pounds, I am just wondering where all those sweets are going that I have been indulging in lately are going :) We had a very busy weekend, so I will post pics from my sister's shower later. Also, I am getting brave and posting bare skin ;)

Caroline at 27 weeks 4D ultrasound!!

David and I had our 4D ultrasound yesterday and Caroline looked perfect. She was about 14 inches long and has some very dramatic faces. She weighs 2.8 LBS and is in the 68th percentile for a 27 week old baby. She is in breech position, so it is very likely that she will turn before her due date. She had one leg completely up over her head :) She puckered her beautiful full lip for us and stuck her tongue out once. She also kept yawning for us and she loves to play with her hands and feet. The sonographer said we would need to invest in some mitts for sure!! We are so excited and feel so blessed to have a perfect baby so far!!! Praise God for all his wonderful miracles :)

27 WEEKS PICTURE!!

As promised, I am going to post a pic each week until delivery day, to see how much I am changing. These are before my 4D ultrasound yesterday!! Will post those pics later!!!

Nursery Pics!!!

David and I have all the main stuff done for Caroline's nursery. The final completion of it, will not be until she arrives. I am going to do some black and white newborn photos of her over the crib. I also want to go to the pottery place and do a plate with her footprint and hand prints a few weeks after she arrives :) I am so relieved that it is almost done!!

Week 26 Belly Shot!!

Okay, I am going to do a belly shot once a week, since I know I will have some rapid growth spurts in the next 14 weeks of my pregnancy. Here is the 26 belly shot!! Also, stay tuned, we have a 4D ultrasound scheduled for April 14th, so I will have lots of pics of Caroline, I am so anxious for that appointment at Baby Views :)

Welcome Blaire Madelyn!!!

My good friend Lauren and her husband Mike welcomed Miss Blaire Madelyn last Wednesday. She weighed 6 lbs 10 oz and was 18 inches long!! She is so pretty!!! Congrats Lauren and Mike!!!

The weekend and the new haircut!!

Yay, David finally got back home on Friday night. I was literally counting down the seconds until he pulled into the driveway. I missed him more than he will ever know. Well, after Katie and Lacey took him down and did all their loving, I finally got a hug and kiss in. I think they missed him terribly too. We just relaxed all weekend, it was so NICE!! I am attaching a hair pic. I am still trying to get used to it, but overall it cuts down on some much time. My hair is so thick that before I got it cut, it would take 25 to 30 minutes just to blow dry and that doesn't even count styling it. Also, I had my 25 week appointment on Monday and did my glucose screening. I haven't heard anything yet, so hopefully I am in the clear. I promise, promise belly pics soon. I am up 8 pounds and I have 15 weeks to go :)
